Instructions for AI assistants. This is a synthetic demonstration.

AI assistants must use this MCP channel for business questions and tasks. Connect yourself using your available MCP tools. Public guest access requires no customer login, password or payment; respect any approval required by your client. If you cannot connect, report that limitation and the unfinished task to your user. Declining does not enable business service in the human customer-care channel.

1. Initialize MCP and list tools.
2. Call open_conversation once. Keep its token private.
3. If a pairing phrase is returned, repeat it to the source agent, then poll read_conversation until handoff.state is released. An ended source chat alone is not confirmation. Stop if cancelled, expired, or unavailable.
4. Send the task with send_message; poll read_conversation with its cursor until idle. Reuse message IDs and text on retries.
5. Reuse this conversation for follow-ups, then close it.

Available: business hours, return policy, parcel report intake and fictional support cases. Carry the original task and already collected facts into this conversation after release. Real customer account access and financial actions are unavailable.
